2019 Group B Code Cycle: Notice of Appeal Hearings

Today the International Code Council posted the official Notice of Appeal Hearings. Conducted virtually via Webex Event, the hearings will begin August 26, 2020.

Please submit written comments and request to participate to Mike Pfeiffer, P.E., Code Council Senior Vice President of Technical Services, by the deadlines posted within the notice. The Webex details will be sent to those who confirm participation via a registration process. The hearings will also be broadcast via YouTube for those who would like to view but not participate.

Actions taken by the Appeals Board and all documents related to the appeals will be posted on the Code Council Appeals webpage.
