To renew your certification, you must first earn Continuing Education Units (CEUs) by participating in continuing education and professional development activities. You can accrue CEUs to meet the renewal acquirement within your three-year renewal period.

- Visit ICC Training and earn CEUs from seminars, training, and other education credit opportunities in your area
NOTE: CEUs earned through ICC Training are automatically submitted into your myICC account
- Check out the Preferred Provider course listing for training opportunities approved for Code Council CEUs
- Log in to myICC to track and/or enter your CEUs. Renew your certification once you've accumulated the necessary CEUs
Certifications are valid for three years. Certificates must be renewed on or before the expiration date (when they become inactive) to be current. All certifications renewed after their expiration date will incur an additional fee upon renewal.
