Your Certifications

Continuing Education Units (CEUs)

  • Visit ICC Training and earn CEUs from seminars, training, and other education credit opportunities in your area
  • Check out the Preferred Provider course listing for training opportunities approved for Code Council CEUs
  • Log in to myICC to track and/or enter your CEUs. Renew your certification once you've accumulated the necessary CEUs

ICC conducts renewal audits on a monthly basis. If audited, you must provide proof of each activity submitted during the three (3) year renewal period. If proof of CEUs cannot be provided, the renewal will be voided and your certifications will revert to their previous status. Renewal fees are not refundable.

NOTE: ICC Training CEUs are automatically added to your myICC account. Proof will only be required if staff is unable to verify the activity internally.

You can also download the Renewal Paper Application (requires $75 fee).

Expired Certifications

Certifications are valid for three years. Certificates must be renewed on or before the expiration date (when they become inactive) to be current.  All certifications renewed after their expiration date will incur an additional fee upon renewal.
