ICC Board Member

Rachel Parrish, Senior Capital Projects Officer with the City of Fort Worth, has experience in leading teams within storm water, traffic, and building review teams. She brings a proven dedication to the ICC mission through service on Membership Councils, both as a member and as leadership, and active involvement in many projects benefiting the membership community. She also brings a wide range of experience from her career with the ability to develop solutions that benefit those serving in plan review, inspections, code enforcement, the fire marshal’s office and administration.
