State AdoptionsFor commercial buildings the State of Ohio has, with amendments, adopted statewide the 2015 editions of IBC, IMC, IPC, IFC, IFGC and by reference, the ICC/ANSI A117.1-2004. The 2012 IECC for commercial buildings and 2018 IECC for residential structures have been adopted with a prescriptive package. The 2018 IRC with amendments has been adopted statewide for 1, 2 and 3 family dwellings.
