Purchase South Dakota Codes
South Dakota adopts the IBC and IPMC which become the prevailing code where jurisdictions have no adopted codes. The state also adopts the IFC and IMC, which are administered by the State Fire Marshal. Jurisdictions are permitted to amend the State Codes to conform to local needs.
