Welcome to the digital proclamation submission process for Building Safety Month. There are two ways to submit a proclamation:
- Fill out the required fields on our online form below, upload your chapter logo or seal, and a downloadable digital copy of your proclamation will be submitted. You can view the sample copy of what the final proclamation will look like at the bottom of the page before submittal.
- Upload and submit a PDF of your own proclamation using this template, along with a JPG photo from the signing ceremony in the form below.
