2019 CALL FOR PRESENTATIONS
Please join us in sharing your expertise at the 2019 International Code Council Annual Conference Education Program in Las Vegas, Nevada October 20–23, 2019! The Code Council is seeking presentation proposals for our Annual Conference Education Sessions and the Building Safety & Design Expo.
All presentation topics should focus on providing educational and technical information. Education Sessions of the ABM should focus on basic or specialized provisions in the I-Codes, including but not limited to fire/life safety, plumbing and mechanical topics and/or leading-edge innovations in the building industry. Presentations should help to educate attendees about building code compliance, building safety, leadership and/or building technology.
The deadline for application submission is THURSDAY, JANUARY 31, 2019.
ABOUT YOUR SUBMISSION:
You will need to submit the following content at the time of your submission in order to be considered for the 2019 event:
  • A draft of the presentation with speaker notes
  • A timed outline
  • Presenter resume(s)
A final presentation will be due no later than FRIDAY, MAY 10, 2019.
*Note: Marketing and/or sales presentations by individuals or companies designed to promote specific products or services will not be accepted.
We appreciate the commitment and volunteerism it takes to prepare an exceptional educational presentation, so presenters whose presentation applications are accepted will receive $100 off the cost of a full registration to the ICC Annual Conference. All travel expenses must be paid by the presenter. Below are critical dates and information for this event:
Annual Conference: October 20-23, 2019
Building Safety & Design Expo: October 20-21, 2019
Education Program: October 21-22, 2019
