ASABE/ICC 802 Landscape Irrigation Sprinkler and Emitter Standard

The ICC adheres to openness and transparency in our Standards development process. All ICC Standards committee meetings are open to the public. Any interested party can participate in committee meetings and can be considered by the committee for membership on any work-group that the committee creates. The first public meeting of the committee has been scheduled for August 19, 2025 at 2 PM CT. Interested parties may participate on any work groups created by the committee to assist in the development of the technical content of the next edition of the standard.
The ASABE/ICC 802 Landscape Irrigation Sprinkler and Emitter Standard is ANSI Approved and is available for purchase in the ICC Store.
The revision cycle to update ASABE/ICC 802 is open and the committee was appointed by the ICC Board of Directors in June 2025. The new committee roster and announcement of the first public meeting will be posted shortly.
The 2020 edition was Approved by ANSI as an American National Standard on November 5, 2020.
