The Code Council’s Past Presiding Officers will hold its annual fund raising event, the Ron Burton Annual Golf Outing, in conjunction with the ICC 2023 Annual Conference in St. Louis. This event includes a number of sponsorship opportunities and funds raised will go towards training and resources for the next generation of code officials.
The Ron Burton Golf Outing celebrates the life and work of William Ronald “Ron” Burton. Ron, as you may know, was a renowned code expert. He worked on many code-related projects for ICC, BOMA and the NAHB.
The tournament will be a shotgun-start at 8 am on Sunday, October 8, 2023, at the Stonewolf Golf Club, 1195 Stonewolf Trail, Fairview Heights, IL 62208. Transportation, breakfast, lunch and beverage cart will be provided.
