The top priority for Tamika is to “build relationships with our members and to provide them with the information and services they need to do their important work and help them excel as professionals in their field. I’m also very focused on expanding our membership program and providing enhanced benefit options for them.”

Outside of work, Tamika enjoys spending time with her family, and fostering her lifelong passion for acting, songwriting, and voice-over narration.

Joanna Hill

Member Services Representative

After 20 incredible years working with Evaluation Service, Joanna began assisting Code Council Members in 2012. Her primary responsibilities are to answer questions about membership, guide individuals and organizations through the process of becoming Members, process membership payments, and respond to emails and phone calls.

“It is my pleasure to assist our Members,” says Joanna. “The emails and phone calls are plentiful and I feel a sense of accomplishment for each one I answer. I also value the camaraderie of our team. We are a small crew but we work diligently to make the department a success at helping our Members.”

Joanna enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and watching them experience new things, noting “it’s amazing to visualize life through the eyes of a child!”
