2018 Permit Technician 14 Certification Test Academy (Virtual)

The Permit Technician possesses the ability to exercise independent judgment in evaluating situations and in making determinations at the issuance counter, and understands the basic construction components and practices associated with the project. The Permit Technician also can provide technical assistance in the issuance of construction and development permits to ensure compliance with the provisions of State and local jurisdictions` adopted development regulations and codes. This certification test academy will prepare individuals for the permit technician certification. It will familiarize attendees with the reference materials as well as drill them with test questions, experts in the field will discuss how to answer the questions and provide a detailed overview of the reference materials so that the test taker can take the certification exam with confidence. An exam voucher will be issued upon completion of the Academy.
