2021 Property Maintenance and Housing Inspector 64 Certification Test Academy (Live in Person)

The 64 – Property Maintenance and Housing Inspector Certification Test Academy features expert instruction and includes interactive review exercises, practice exams and individual and group-based activities to help you get better prepared to take the exam. Throughout the academy you will be given an opportunity to answer questions that reference the exam resources. Main Topics include: Administration and Legal, Light, Ventilation and Occupancy, Fire and Life Safety, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical and Property Conditions. The goal of the test academy is to familiarize you with the property maintenance and housing inspector certification exam content and references.

The exam is open book and candidates may use references during the exam. It is mandatory that each participant have the references noted as Required for the training.
