Accessing FEMA’s Dedicated $137M for Code-Related BRIC Grants

This year (FY 2023) FEMA’s Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC) grant program is providing an unprecedented $137 million in dedicated funds for code activities (“Codes Plus Up”). The Codes Plus Up will provide $2 million per state and territory and $25 million for tribal communities seeking to increase their code adoption, implementation, and enforcement activities.
