The ICC adheres to openness and transparency in our Standards development process. All ICC Standards committee meetings are open to the public. Any interested party can participate in committee meetings and can be considered by the committee for membership on any work-group that the committee creates. Interested parties will be notified by email of standards activities related to IS-LOG , including committee meetings, sub-group meetings and the availability of standard development documentation. The Code Council has opened the revision cycle to update the 2017 edition. The ICC Board of Directors appointed the new committee on January 20, 2021 based on applications received at the December 1, 2020 call for committee deadline.
The 2017 edition was open for comment by interested parties with a deadline of March 19, 2021. The 2017 edition will also be posted for a public review period in accordance with ANSI requirements at a later time to be determined by the committee.

The first public meeting of the committee was held on March 4, 2021. The committee approved meeting minutes are posted below.
The second and third public meetings of the committee were held on March 18, 2021 and April 1, 2021, respectively. The meeting minutes are posted below. The committee adjudicated initial comments to prepare the public comment draft #1 which is slated to be posted for the ANSI public review period later in April 2021. Notice for public comment will also appear in ANSI Standards Action. The Committee Action Report posted below has been circulated to commenters for a 30-day review period.
Subsequent meetings have been scheduled in two week intervals to address any committee proposals. The April 15, 2021 meeting has been cancelled. The next meeting is slated for April 29, 2021 to begin at 1:00 pm ET and end at 4:00 pm ET.
