“Leading with Emotional Intelligence”, a Leadership & Emotional Intelligence in Construction webinar

Leadership in construction is about more than managing projects, schedules, budgets, and crews. It is about leading people: earning trust, communicating clearly, making decisions under pressure, handling conflict, and creating an environment where people can do their best work. For women in construction, leadership can also mean navigating environments where they may be underestimated, challenged, or expected to prove themselves repeatedly. The goal is not to lead by trying to become someone else. It is to recognize one’s own strengths and lead with clarity and consistency. This one-hour presentation explores how emotional intelligence can become one of a leader’s most valuable tools.
