IEBC Concepts for Design Professionals (Learn Live)

IEBC can be a misunderstood document used by design professionals when one is working on an existing building. We will discuss the applicable process if one has a damaged existing structure or if one is undertaking a remodeling/alteration the correct process one should follow. Dialogue/Discussion is encouraged the definitions matter as to the concepts found within the code as do the exceptions, as the misapplication of the code and its concepts can be costly if applied inappropriately. We will discuss the work area methods and scoping.
