Update on Southeastern Georgia Wildfires

Late last week, two wildfires ignited in southeastern Georgia, rapidly spreading across more than 80 square miles and destroying over 120 homes. Both fires continue to grow, and firefighters and emergency responders remain actively engaged in containment efforts.

Stay informed, remain vigilant and, if advised, evacuate to protect yourself and your loved ones. We recognize that many local building departments will face increased demand for resources and will encounter a myriad of challenges as they support their communities.
